SER-CAN adapter is a small dongle that is connected to a Serial port (RS 232) and give instant CAN Bus connectivity up to
1MBit/sec.
The application software uses the standard COM-port driver to send/receive data over an ASCII protocol interface.
Data flow control to improve the reliability of data transmission uses RTS/CTS signals. A DLL library, which uses the CAN frames as the native data structure, easy interfaces the application software to CAN Bus network.
